Important Things to Know...
We customize each child’s party and currently offer 2 different party themes to choose from or choose your own! Your celebration includes 2 hours of dance, themed games, gift opening, and loads of fun!
To secure the date and time of your party, Coastal Dance Academy, Inc. requires a $75 cash non-refundable deposit (the remaining balance will be due the day of the party before your party begins) a signed contract, and waivers signed for all participants. We also would like to meet with the parent and birthday child in advance to help customize your party. Please make sure to book your party 30 days in advance so we have plenty of time for planning.
•Birthday parties will be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays. (30 day notice is required)
•The birthday family is responsible for cake, snacks, drinks, cups, plates, napkins, decorations, and party favors.
•Coastal Dance Academy will provide a party coordinator and instructor, dance instruction, theme and age appropriate activities/games, and a gift table.
•Parents of the birthday child may arrive 30 minutes early to decorate and you are asked to greet your guests as they arrive.
•During the birthday party activities, we ask the parents to wait in the waiting area so we can have the birthday guests’ full attention.

All of Coastal Dance Academy birthday parties are $185 for up to 10 children max (siblings are included in headcount)

Pop Star/Diva Theme:
Stylish, fun and funky! Wear your favorite diva attire, learn some hip dance moves, and be ready to show them off during our runway show!
